On Saturday, May 13, we invite you to get together and to help our Parish through donations. Our hard-working brothers are preparing pig and lamb on a spit, along with other BBQ delicacies.
Dinner with entertainment starts at 7 p.m. We hope that our youth, who give a special energy to our small community, will also join.

Based on the decision of the Eparchy of Canada, as of May 1, 2023, Father Đurađ Kojić has been appointed as the parish priest at the St. Archangel Gabriel Parish in Richmond Hill. Fr. Đurađ has been with us since December 2022 and is already well known and appreciated among our parishioners.

We want to thank our prior parish priest, Fr. Ljubo Rajić, for everything he had done for our Parish, especially during the difficult times of bans and restrictions on worship and gatherings during Covid restrictions. His pastoral and spiritual leadership gave us the strength to overcome great trials and persevere as a community. We wish Father Ljubo all the best from the Lord!

May 6 – (Saturday) Holy Greatmartyr George: Divine Liturgy at 10AM

On Saturday, February 25, we are organizing a Shrovetide Dinner: an opportunity to gather for a rich meal before the beginning of Great Fast.
Vespers will begin at 6:30PM, followed by dinner prepared by our Circle of Serbian Sisters. For entertainment we will have a D.J. so we hope that our cheerful youth will join.

On Friday, January 27, 2023, we handed to the city the signed SPA (Site Plan Agreement), certified checks, as well as two sets of planning drafts: once again, many thanks to everyone for their contributions and any other help!
After this payment, we have about $30,000 left in our “Building Fund” account. In order to accomplish the construction of the new Church, it is necessary that we continue to raise money for the upcoming building permits, materials and construction costs that will amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
