Please be advised that the Regular Annual Assembly of the Parish of St. Archangel Gabriel, Richmond Hill, will be held on Sunday, June 4^th, 2017, after the Holy Liturgy, at 49 North Lake Rd, Richmond Hill.

This assembly is held in order to perform the following tasks:

1. To elect The Executive Council, comprising: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and two Notaries;
2. To consider, and if found acceptable, adopt the report of the Chairman, Treasurer and the Secretary of the Parish;
3. To consider, and if found acceptable, decide on the adoption of the proposed budget for the year of 2017.
4. To elect the Board of Members of the Parish, as follows: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Second Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Secretary and the three members with no position;
5. To elect three members of the Nominating Committee;
6. To elect members of the Parish’s Supervisory Board, comprising a president and two members;
7. To elect the delegate for the Diocesan Assembly.

Please be advised that the nominations, given and supported, for the Executive Council must be in writing, and submitted to the Parish office, 49 North Lake Rd, P.O. Box 2918, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4E 1A8, no later than Thursday, June 1st, 2017.

Oral proposals, at the meeting, will not be taken into consideration.

Please be advised that the proposals, given and supported, for the Parish Board of Members, Chairman and a members of the Parish Supervisory Committee, three members of the Nominating Committee, as well as a delegate of the Parish for the Diocesan Assembly, must be in writing, and submitted to the Parish office, 49 North Lake Rd, .O. Box 2918, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4E 1A8, Pno later than Thursday, June 1st, 2017. Oral proposals at the meeting will not be taken into consideration.

Please be advised that the Parish office will be opened, before the assembly, on the following days: Sundays, from 9.00 A.M – 13.00 P.M., and on Thursday, June 1st, 2017 from 6PM to 8 PM.
